Your request reaches matching suppliers as soon as it is published. Response time depends on location, dates, and vehicle group, but our target is for the first quotes to reach you the same day.
I need fewer than 5 vehicles. Can I still use it?
Yes. Requests for 1 to 5 vehicles run through the multi-quote flow, collecting quotes from member rental companies quickly, while the online tender flow applies to requests of 5 vehicles or more.
Which tender method should I choose?
For 5 to 25 vehicles we recommend a sealed-bid tender, where you decide how many rounds it runs. For 25 vehicles and above you can opt for a reverse auction.
Can I use my own specification?
Yes. You can use the template specifications we prepared, edit those templates however you like, or upload the specification you already use and organise your tender with it.
Can I get support with the specification and the contract?
